A practical one day workshop in the hinterland of Byron Bay at 'The Pocket'. . Together we will explore our energetic field, understand what is 'at play' with sensitive people and learn how we can support ourselves to promote good boundaries and 'protection'. As soon as you enrol, you will have access to reading materials and helpful reference pictures to assist in understanding some key concepts. Our day will run 9am-4pm with venue address to be sent via email. There is an option of joining together for a reverent & connective 'Tea Ceremony' before our workshop begins (7:30am-8:30am).
